As Senior Vice President of Customer Success, Vicki is responsible for strategically leading all customer success activities including engagement, advocacy, support, and retention – all intrinsic to building the long-term value of the business. Vicki brings an enormous passion for customers and growth and a wealth of experience across organizations large and small. As a results-oriented customer success executive, Vicki has more than 20 years of experience in creating and implementing valuable growth and retention strategies.
She joins us from Oracle where she was VP of the North America Cloud Renewals Program office. Prior to Oracle, she worked at Cisco Cloudlock where she was VP of Customer Success, responsible for account management, implementation, on-boarding, training, and customer support. Prior to Cisco Cloudlock, she was SVP of Customer Success at Jobscience, the leader in social candidate relationship management delivering the first end-to-end recruitment system built natively on Salesforce.com.
Vicki holds a Bachelors’s degree in Organizational Development from Lesley University and an MBA from The Anderson School at UCLA.
