Privitar attributes its 3,431 percent revenue growth to the increasing importance of data privacy in fueling innovation.
LONDON, 11TH November —Privitar, whose software enables customers worldwide to safely and efficiently extract maximum value from their sensitive data without compromising data privacy, today announced that it ranked 9th in the 2019 Deloitte UK Technology Fast 50, a ranking of the 50 fastest-growing technology companies in the UK. Rankings are based on percentage revenue growth over the last four years. Privitar grew 3,431 percent during this period.
Privitar CEO Jason du Preez credits the rapid expansion and increased significance of the data privacy market with the company’s growth and momentum over the past four years.
With Privitar’s powerful data privacy software, businesses can safely use data to gain valuable insights that support data-driven decisions, helping companies extract the maximum value from the data they collect, manage and use. Privitar enables businesses to minimize data privacy risk and achieve regulatory compliance while freeing them to leverage advanced analytics – empowering them to create better products, services and customer experiences.
“We’re honoured to receive this significant accolade as the one of the fastest growing technology companies in the UK. This award illustrates the commitment of our employees, the tremendous growth in the data privacy market, and the confidence the industry has in Privitar to deliver outstanding results for its customers,” said Jason du Preez, CEO of Privitar.
“As organizations rely more and more on data to drive their businesses, the data privacy market will only increase in prevalence and importance to organisations, in the UK, as well as globally. To support this need Privitar is committed to continuing to provide innovative data privacy and sensitive data management solutions.”
Duncan Down, lead partner for the Deloitte UK Technology Fast 50 programme, said: “The Deloitte UK Technology Fast 50 is internationally revered as one of the most important business awards in the industry. “
Promoting the safe and ethical use of data across the globe, Privitar will host its third In:Confidence community event in New York later this month – followed by In:Confidence London in April 2020 – where the data privacy technology community comes together to hear from experts across industry and academia and engage in active discussion and debate on key topics.
