We’re excited to announce the general availability of Privitar Data Privacy PlatformTM 4.0. Privitar 4.0 introduces many new features, all with the goal of solving data privacy challenges at scale.
With this new release, organizations can comply with the Right to be Forgotten article in GDPR and more easily and safely use sensitive data for analytics. With the Privitar Data Privacy Platform, your organization can maximize data utility and deliver data-driven insights to fuel growth while protecting your customers, partners, and employees’ sensitive data.
With Privitar’s new Right to be Forgotten capabilities, customers can use their de-identified data for analysis while complying with the Right to be Forgotten article in GDPR. Privitar’s solution removes unique token mappings in the token vault, and an individual’s de-identified data may be considered out-of-scope of Right to be Forgotten. The individual can no longer be re-identified (“unmasked”) and the de-identified data retains value as it remains available for analysis.
